exercise. session 2.
(1) self-hypnosis: “I, Creator, and Creation are one”
instructions:
do this self-hypnosis when you first wake up and when you go to sleep. for self-hypnosis we utter the mantra "I, Creator, and Creation are one" then wait for a response (a thought, feeling, or sensation) before repeating. Do for 5 minutes, twice a day.
(2) hold, peal, and eat favorite fruit
instructions:
take your time and really endeavor to bring all your senses to the game.
(3) self-study
instructions:
stand in front of a full length mirror, being as minimally clothed as comfortable. observe without judgment. if you find yourself making judgements or negative feelings, say to yourself “happy, healthy, holy am I" and repeat while still observing, until the judgements stop. you may find you have to repeat this mantra repeatedly as judgements can be pervasive. study yourself almost as though observing a piece of art, or something you’re unfamiliar with, but really want to understand. do for 5 minutes.

(2) answer. you have three days before you vanish:
-
who are the first three people you'd want to see? why?
-
what is the number one thing you wish you'd accomplished in family, career, and personal life? why?
(3) spatial study
instructions:
Close your eyes, and in your mind’s eye, see yourself in your living room, relaxing. Observe the room in fine detail. Once you’ve done this, step inside yourself and walk through your home. Focus on the visual, but challenge yourself to incorporate each of your senses at some point in this mental tour. Perhaps the smell of coffee in the kitchen…or the feel of your hand running down your sheets in the bedroom.
