exercise. session 3

(1) Self-Hypnosis:  “I am truth”

instructions:

Do this Self-Hypnosis when you first wake up and when you go to sleep. For Self-Hypnosis we utter the mantra "I am truth" then wait for a response (a thought, feeling, or sensation) before repeating. Do for 5 minutes, twice a day.

(2) Self-study

instructions:

Stand in front of mirror- study self. I’d recommend being as minimally clothed as you’re comfortable with and less clothed than the last time you played this game. This is observation without judgment (positive or negative). If you find yourself making judgements or feeling negative feelings, say to yourself “Happy,    healthy, holy am I” and repeat while still observing yourself until the judgements stop. You may find you have to repeat this mantra repeatedly as judgements, especially negative judgements, can be pervasive…Study yourself almost as though observing a piece of art, or something you’re unfamiliar with, but really want to understand.

(3) 1 year goal

instructions:

Look out 1 year from now and create a goal for:

 - your physical state

 - your mental state

 - your emotional state

 - your spiritual state

exercise. session 4

(1) self-hypnosis: "I am infinite wisdom"

instructions:

Do this Self-Hypnosis when you first wake up and when you go to sleep. For Self-Hypnosis we utter the mantra "I am infinite wisdom" then wait for a response (a thought, feeling, or sensation) before repeating. Do for 5 minutes, twice a day.

(2) 5 year goal

instructions:

Look out 5 years in your life and create the ultimate goal you’d like to achieve. Create a vision board for that goal that incorporates how it would look/feel to achieve. You can do a physical board, or create one in your mind, or both. The more work you do, the more real it becomes…

How does that goal depend on, and influence, your goals    for: physical self, mental self, emotional self, and spiritual self?

exercise. session 5

(1) self-hypnosis:  “infinite love lives in me”

instructions:

do this self-hypnosis when you first wake up and when you go to sleep. For self-hypnosis we utter the mantra "infinite love lives in me" then wait for a response (a thought, feeling, or sensation) before repeating. Do for 5-10 minutes, twice a day.

2) Self-study - mind's eye

instructions:

close your eyes and imagine you stand in front of mirror- study self. this is observation without judgment (positive or negative). if you find yourself making judgements or feeling negative feelings, say to yourself “happy, healthy, holy am I” and repeat while still observing yourself, in your mind's eye, until the judgements stop. you may find you have to repeat this mantra repeatedly as judgements, especially negative judgements, can be pervasive…study yourself almost as though observing a piece of art, or something you’re unfamiliar with, but really want to understand. do for 5 minutes.

(3) Re-Vivify

instructions:

select any activity you do on a regular basis (yoga, golf, surf, run, hike, etc.). before you start the activity do a 5 minute self-hypnosis (select any mantra you prefer). followed by a 8 cycle round of 8 count Inhale, 8 count exhale breathwork. then do your activity.

later that day, when you’re ready to relax, close your eyes, do the 5 minute self-hypnosis (same mantra as you selected for the activity), followed by 8 cycle of the 8 inhale, 8 exhale, and then relive the activity. for example- I’ve replayed an entire round of golf in my mind. I could vividly see every shot, feel it, it was as if I were replaying it.

don’t force it, your mind my go to one portion of the activity, go there. if you can revivify only a small portion of the activity that is great. as human being, we get better with practice. accept where you are without judgement! do as long as you like.
