CONGRATS on this choice! You're going to be amazed at the transformation in the way you think about today...and view tomorrow...

The 30 DAY CHALLENGE consists of 5 sessions, split into day and night, over 30 days.


Each session includes:

  • exercises - these exercises complement the sessions, are quick and easy and may really surprise you!

  • video sessions - each session complements and builds on the last


Each session lasts 6 days. On day 1, open the exercise page and begin. The self-hypnosis is daily, while the other exercises can be done once, or as often as you'd like. For the self-hypnosis, you can simply follow the instructions, or you can use our LOKAHI video series.


Watch the NIGHT video on day 1 and day 4 or 5. Watch the DAY video on day 3 or 4. Then move on to the next session on day 7. Five sessions, 6 days each, for 30 days and you'll be amazed at your ability to cut through the clutter and distraction of life, be in the moment, and have clarity and confidence about the future. Once you've completed the 30 DAY CHALLENGE, look at some of our other PROGRAMS to take your mental training to the next level!
